One-on-one coaching for working parents who want lasting change in fitness and nutrition — grounded in behavior science, not another meal plan that falls apart by Wednesday.
"Packed lunch + 10-minute walk after school drop-off, four days in a row."
I hold an M.A. in Behavior Analysis, and for years I've worked with neurodivergent individuals, using behavior-analytic principles to teach fundamental life skills — the kind of skill-building that only works when it's broken into small, achievable steps and built around a person's real environment.
That experience is what pushed me to bring behavior analysis into fitness and lifestyle coaching. I kept seeing the same pattern with working parents: not a lack of motivation, but a lack of systems that actually fit their real lives.
My approach isn't about willpower or restriction. It's about identifying the everyday obstacles getting in your way and tackling them one small, sustainable improvement at a time — built around what matters most to you and your family.
Every engagement starts with your specific constraints and goals — not a generic template.
Personalized habit-change plans grounded in behavior analysis — identifying the triggers and routines that make or break consistency.
Realistic meal rhythms and grocery/prep systems the whole family can live with — no restrictive diets, no meal-plan guilt.
Movement that fits into an actual parenting schedule — built to stick past the first two motivated weeks.
Most advice focuses on what to do. Behavior analysis focuses on why you don't do it yet — and fixes that instead.
We look at your real triggers, routines, and rewards — not generic willpower advice.
Your kitchen, calendar, and commute are part of the plan, not obstacles to it.
We measure what's working and change course quickly when something isn't.
The goal isn't a 30-day challenge — it's habits that hold up a year from now.
In the gym, same as with clients — small reps, done consistently.
Four steps, starting with a conversation and ending with habits that hold.
We talk through your schedule, goals, and what's gotten in the way before.
We map your current routines, triggers, and barriers to change.
A realistic, step-by-step plan built around your actual week.
Regular check-ins, accountability, and adjustments as life happens.
Real feedback from clients who've put in the work.
"Lego helped me get back into a gym routine by finding barriers that were keeping me from going and helped build a system that works for me."
"Lego helped me understand how behavior works, and how I could turn my life around by making small behavior changes that have snowballed into daily habits."
"Jon is really knowledgeable in Behavior Analysis. I didn't know the extent of how much our daily lives are rooted and shaped by our behavior analysis, which he explained so well and helped me as a full-time parent get back into a fitness routine that works for me."
